<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CES Ltd) is seeking a Payroll &amp; HR Advisor to join our <strong>team</strong>. This is an exciting <strong>Fixed Term</strong> <strong>Full Time </strong>opportunity reporting directly to the <strong>People Operations Lead</strong>. This position will be responsible for providing operational payroll and HR advice, education and support to our schools. </p><p><strong>Why choose to work with us at Catholic Education Sandhurst:</strong></p><ul><li>Supportive People and Culture team</li><li>Work from home 2 days per week</li><li>Be based in either Bendigo, Wangaratta or Tatura</li><li>Generous leave provisions</li><li>Remuneration of $98,176 plus superannuation</li></ul><p><strong>You will have:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience in payroll processing in a large organisation</strong></li><li><strong>Experience working with payroll technologies and recruitment systems</strong></li><li><strong>Strong understanding and application of legislation that underpins HR and payroll processes and compliance</strong></li><li><strong>Experience in facilitating training and or workshops</strong></li><li><strong>Demonstrated capacity to identify, develop and improve process improvements</strong></li><li><strong>Capability to communicate process change and provide coaching and support</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL)</strong></p><p>CESL is situated in Central and North Eastern Victoria, home to 52 Catholic schools educating 19,750 students in large regional centres and small vibrant townships.
