<p>Our college is seeking a suitably, qualified, and experienced HSIE teacher with the confidence to teach 7-10 HSIE.</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <b>This temporary&nbsp;full-time position is available for an immediate start to the end of term 4, 2023. </b></p> <p><b>Key selection criteria –</b> the successful applicant must be able to provide evidence to support the following criteria:</p> <ul> <li>Understand and commit to the School’s Christian framework, values, and ethos</li> <li>High-quality classroom teaching skills, including the integration of ICT in teaching and learning, and enabling students with a diverse range of needs to achieve their full potential</li> <li>Ability and experience to teach Stage 4 &amp; 5 HSIE, or willingness to teach Stage 6 Legal Studies&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain competency and current knowledge of relevant curriculum programs</li> <li>High level of communication and interpersonal skills when relating to students, parents, and other teachers and ability to work in a team environment</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<b> Qualifications Required: </b></p> <ul> <li>NESA accreditation</li> <li>Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)</li> <li>Secondary teaching qualification</li> </ul> <p><b>Application Process: </b></p> <p>Please email your resume and a cover letter addressing the essential criteria to <a href="mailto:janetm@shaps.nsw.edu.au?subject=HSIE%20Teacher%20position%20%28via%20Teachers%20On%20Net%29">janetm@shaps.nsw.edu.au</a> by the closing date.
