<p>The position requires leadership in areas encompassing industrial relations, human resources, workforce planning, administrative processes and leadership capacity development across the LEQ system.</p> <p><br></p> <p><b>KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>The responsibilities and tasks for the position include, but are not limited to:</p> <p>• Industrial Relations advice and support for schools</p> <p>• Human Resources and Industrial Relations practices and support for schools</p> <p>• Implementation of the operationalised People &amp; Culture strategy</p> <p>• Workforce planning</p> <p>• The Chief People and Culture Officer will undertake other duties as directed</p> <p><br></p> <p><b>EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS</b></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p><i><b>Classification Level </b></i></p> <p>• The position of Chief People and Culture Officer is classified as an executive position with annual negotiation of salary.</p> <p></p> <p><i><b>Employment fraction </b></i></p> <p>• This position is full-time 5-year contract, with a 6 months’ probation period.</p> <p></p> <p><i><b>Hours of Duty </b></i></p> <p>• The position is full time Monday to Friday, based predominantly at the Milton offices of the LCAQD. A limited amount of travel to schools will be involved.
