<p>Champagnat Catholic College Pagewood is seeking a School Support Officer, commencing Term 2 2019. This is a permanent, part time position. Days of work are Thursday and Friday, 7.6 hours per day, with the opportunity for additional days to cover leave.</p> <p>The successful applicant will actively support and understand the Catholic Ethos, the Church’s mission in Catholic education and demonstrate a commitment to their Catholic faith and possess skill and competencies in the following areas of administration:&nbsp;</p> <p>Knowledge, competencies and skills of procedures associated with finance, word processing, data entry, written and oral communication, highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills, a commitment to confidentiality and an ability to work under pressure with limited direction and attention to detail.&nbsp;</p> <p><b> Essential:&nbsp;</b></p> <p>The applicant must have a current Working with Children Certificate and either an up to date first aid certificate or willingness to obtain first aid qualifications.</p> <p><b> Desirable:&nbsp;</b></p> <p>Knowledge of Student Management Information Systems is highly desirable, as is a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Chrome applications.
