<p><strong>Numeracy Leader – St Fidelis Catholic Primary School</strong></p> <p>St Fidelis Catholic Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and suitably qualified educational leader to join our school community in the position of <strong>Numeracy Leader</strong>.</p> <p>This is a <strong>two-year Position of Leadership</strong>, commencing <strong>27 January 2027</strong>.</p> <p>We anticipate that applicants will have previous experience in a Position of Leadership, preferably as a Numeracy Leader, and ideally have undertaken further study in the area of Numeracy.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitating collaborative numeracy planning with teaching teams across <strong>Foundation–Year 6</strong></li> <li>Monitoring and evaluating student numeracy outcomes</li> <li>Tracking and analysing student data to inform teaching and learning</li> <li>Planning and coordinating targeted intervention programs</li> <li>Coordinating <strong>NAPLAN</strong></li> <li>Supporting the implementation of the <strong>MACS Vision for Instruction</strong> and <strong>Vision for Engagement</strong></li> <li>Leading and supporting whole-school numeracy improvement initiatives</li> <li>Undertaking other numeracy-related responsibilities as directed by the Principal or Teaching and Learning Leader</li> </ul> <p>The successful applicant will hold <strong>full VIT registration</strong> and be <strong>accredited to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school</strong>.</p> <p>St Fidelis Catholic Primary School is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.
