<p>Teachers are to assist the principal to build and maintain a healthy strength-based learning community within the college. The teacher is responsible, in the context of the school, to enter into a partnership with parents to offer students the nurture and opportunities that will allow them to discover and reach their full potential within an intentionally designed ‘learning space’.</p>
<p>NT Christian Schools exists to advance the Christian religion through the provision of education and religious instruction. For the purposes of upholding the Christian ethos of our schools, it is a genuine occupational qualification of this role that applicants be able to teach religious education, lead, and otherwise assist in, religious practices and observances and personally adhere to, uphold, and authentically model the religious beliefs of NT Christian Schools.</p>
<p><strong>What we offer (pro-rate per appointment)</strong></p>

<li>Six (6) weeks annual leave + stand-down.</li>

<li>Salary between <strong>$91,587 – $136,997</strong>.</li>

<li>Continued professional development in-person conferences and online e learning.</li>
<li>Opportunity to study with the National Institute of Christian Education, paid by NT Christian schools.</li>
