As the <strong>Assistant Leader of Sport </strong>at the Regents Park campus, you are an energetic and collaborative leader who works closely with the Leader of Sports to drive a thriving, well-managed co-curricular program. You inspire both staff and students to embody College values, creating a vibrant, positive environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their personal best.<br><br>
As an outstanding practitioner in any Key Learning Area (KLA), you hold a full-time, permanent teaching position at the College, with the 1-point Assistant Leader of Sport leadership role appointed on a temporary basis for up to 3 years.<br><br>
You will have:</p>
<ul>
<li>proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics, budgeting, staffing, and records for major College sports carnivals</li>
<li>experience coordinating inter-school sports, liaising with external associations, and overseeing team selections, coaching, and uniforms</li>
<li>strong organisational skills to manage schedule logistics, transport, venue bookings, and equipment for weekly sport and activities</li>
<li>high-level standards to promote sportsmanship, manage student behavior, and cultivate positive relationships across all activities</li>
<li>outstanding communication to keep the community informed while actively affirming and celebrating student participation and achievement</li>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.</li>
