This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and wellbeing-focused Teacher to shape and lead a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring every student feels known, supported and empowered to succeed.</p> <p>Working closely with the Principal, Deputy Principal – Student Wellbeing &amp; Development, Year Level Leaders and teaching staff, you will provide strategic leadership of the College's wellbeing programs while supporting students, families and staff to create a positive, inclusive and thriving school community.</p> <p><strong>This position is full time (part time considered).&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>About You</p> <p>You are someone who:</p> <ul> <li>Is passionate about improving the wellbeing and educational outcomes of young people.</li> <li>Has extensive experience in education, student wellbeing or pastoral leadership.</li> <li>Is an exceptional relationship builder who works collaboratively with students, families, staff and external agencies.</li> <li>Demonstrates calm, compassionate and confident leadership.</li> <li>Is committed to creating safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments.</li> <li>Can lead a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a strategic focus on continuous improvement.</li> <li>Values the mission and identity of Catholic education and is committed to supporting the Franciscan ethos of the College.</li> </ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support the College Wellbeing Team to deliver high-quality wellbeing services.</li> <li>Provide leadership, supervision and mentoring to wellbeing staff.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with teachers and leaders to develop proactive strategies that support student engagement, attendance and wellbeing.</li> <li>Deliver evidence-based wellbeing initiatives, programs and interventions across the College.</li> <li>Build strong partnerships with families and external agencies to ensure coordinated support for students.</li> <li>Provide individual and group support for students where required.</li> <li>Promote a culture where child safety, inclusion and positive relationships are at the centre of everything we do.</li> <li>Contribute to the strategic direction of student wellbeing across our F–12 College.</li> </ul> <p>Why Join St Mary of the Angels College?</p> <p>At St Mary of the Angels College, you'll become part of a welcoming, family-oriented school community where relationships matter.
