We are seeking an outstanding educator and people leader to join our Secondary School as Head of Department English (Years 7-12), commencing in 2027.

As a member of the Secondary School Academic Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Dean of Studies, Dean of HSC, Dean of IB and Head of Secondary School to drive excellence in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and student outcomes across both the HSC and International Baccalaureate programmes.<br><br><strong>Why Redlands?</strong><br>
