We focus on a whole-school approach that brings consistency through our bespoke <i>Great Learning, Well People</i> framework, where the learning, wellbeing, pastoral and spiritual needs of students is prioritised, and excellence is pursued.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As a key leader within the School, the Head of Secondary Years (7-12) will be integral in supporting and inspiring colleagues and engaging with parents and the wider community to actively promote a culture of care and excellence.
