<p>As our College continues to grow, we are excited to introduce the newly created position of Head of High Potential and Gifted Learning (Prep to Year 12). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of gifted learning at Trinity Lutheran College, establishing systems, practices and opportunities that will have a lasting impact on students and staff across the College.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Deputy Principal and working across both our Junior Years and Middle & Senior Years campuses, this leadership position provides strategic leadership for High Potential and Gifted Learning across the College. Working collaboratively with teachers, curriculum leaders and wellbeing teams, you will strengthen teaching practice, build staff capability and ensure students with high potential, giftedness and advanced learning needs are identified, challenged and supported to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.</p>
<p>The successful applicant will establish a consistent Prep to Year 12 approach to High Potential and Gifted Learning, influencing contemporary teaching practice, strengthening extension and enrichment opportunities, and creating meaningful learning pathways for students.</p>

<p>You will demonstrate the ability to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide strategic leadership that strengthens teaching, learning and student outcomes across a Prep to Year 12 College. </li>
<li>Lead the development and implementation of the College-wide High Potential and Gifted Learning framework, promoting excellence, inclusion and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Use student achievement, engagement and wellbeing data to inform decision making and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Build teacher capability through coaching, collaboration and professional learning that strengthens differentiation, challenge and extension across classrooms.</li>
<li>Recognise and respond to the academic, social and emotional needs of gifted learners, ensuring they are appropriately identified, challenged and supported to flourish.</li>
<li>Build authentic partnerships with staff, students, families and external organisations to broaden learning opportunities and strengthen outcomes for learners.</li>
<li>Actively support the Christian ethos and values of Trinity Lutheran College through your everyday interactions and professional practice.</li>
