<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>The Head of People Processes and Systems will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across talent acquisition, employee services, and DOSCEL Office payroll.</li> <li>Drive the mapping, maintenance, optimisation, redesign, and implementation of people processes and systems.</li> <li>Develop and implement workforce acquisition and growth strategies aligned with organisational priorities.</li> <li>Lead recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on candidate experience, strategic sourcing, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Oversee remuneration and benefits frameworks, including salary reviews, allowances, and executive remuneration.</li> <li>Assess, optimise, and integrate Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to improve efficiency, data integrity, and reporting capability.</li> <li>Lead workforce planning, people metrics, dashboards, and statutory reporting.</li> <li>Drive process improvement, automation, and innovation across People and Culture functions.</li> <li>Develop training and capability-building initiatives to enhance workforce and team<br> performance.</li> <li>Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support<br> organisational objectives and service excellence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are a strategic and collaborative people leader with strong expertise in workforce<br> strategy, people operations, systems, and organisational improvement. You thrive in complex<br> environments and can successfully balance operational excellence with long-term strategic<br> outcomes.</p> <p>You will demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Significant experience leading multidisciplinary teams across talent acquisition,<br> employee services, payroll, or broader People and Culture functions.</li> <li>Proven experience leading organisational transformation, process improvement, and<br> change initiatives.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and<br> partner at all organisational levels.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee<br> lifecycle management.</li> <li>Extensive experience in remuneration and benefits management and the<br> development of remuneration frameworks.</li> <li>Strong understanding of employment legislation, compliance requirements,<br> governance, and risk management.</li> <li>Proven experience implementing and optimising Human Capital Management (HCM)<br> systems, workforce analytics, and reporting frameworks.</li> <li>A commitment to developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of<br> continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence.</li> <li>The ability to think strategically while maintaining strong operational oversight.</li> </ul> <p>Experience within education, Catholic education, health, or purpose-driven organisations will<br> be highly regarded.</p> <p><strong>Why Join DOSCEL?</strong></p> <p>At DOSCEL, we are committed to creating vibrant and inclusive learning communities that empower students, schools and staff to thrive.
