This newly established role will lead the development of innovative careers and pathways programs, fostering strong partnerships with families, tertiary providers, employers and industry to support successful post-school outcomes for every student.</p> <p><strong>Whether you are a teacher <u>OR</u> an experienced careers professional, this role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting students to explore and achieve their future aspirations.</strong></p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <ul> <li>Permanent Teacher (Secondary) | POR 2 (Tenure 2 Years) <strong><u>OR</u></strong></li> <li>Permanent Staff Member | ESO Grade 5</li> <li>Commencing January 19, 2027</li> </ul> <p>Reporting to the Head of Teaching &amp; Learning (Secondary), the Careers Coordinator leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a comprehensive careers and pathways program that supports students to make informed decisions about their future education, training and employment opportunities.</p> <p>The Careers Coordinator works collaboratively with students, families, staff, tertiary providers, employers and industry partners to foster career development, pathway exploration and future readiness.
