<p>St Paul’s College welcomes applications from future-focused educational leaders who are passionate about empowering students to realise their potential and confidently pursue pathways aligned with their strengths, interests and aspirations.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <ul> <li>Permanent Teacher (Secondary)</li> <li>Leadership Position | POR 2</li> <li>POR Tenure | 2 Years</li> <li>Commencing January 19, 2027</li> </ul> <p>The Leader of Learning – Academic Pathways reports to the Head of Teaching &amp; Learning (Secondary) and provides strategic leadership and coordination of academic pathway planning and student engagement in Secondary. The role oversees key processes that support students in making informed subject and post-school choices, including coordination of Exploring Identities &amp; Futures (EIF)/ Activating Identities &amp; Futures (AIF) processes and the senior subject counselling program.</p> <p>The Leader of Learning – Academic Pathways also provides oversight of student participation in university engagement opportunities, including Headstart programs, and leads the coordination of Year 12 Academic Support to promote student success and completion pathways.
