If you are a committed Christian leader who thrives on building teacher capacity, fostering high-quality scientific inquiry, and mentoring staff, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Instructional Leadership: Mentor staff, conduct lesson observations, and lead evidence-based pedagogy aligned with our&nbsp;<i>Building Learning Power</i> framework.</li> <li>Curriculum &amp; Data: Oversee differentiated teaching programs, using data to drive student growth in science, literacy, and numeracy.</li> <li>WHS &amp; Compliance: Maintain a rigorous safety culture, supervising lab technicians and ensuring strict adherence to CSIS guidelines and Risk Assess protocols.</li> <li>School Life: Contribute to the Senior School pastoral program and lead a weekly co-curricular activity.</li> </ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>A permanent, full-time leadership position.
