<p>An exciting opportunity is available for a Christian leader to join our dedicated team in 2027. We are seeking expressions of interest from Christian teachers who desire to play a critical role in the strategic direction of the College’s future. You will be passionate about leading staff and students in a formational Christian education that will have a significant impact on local, national and global communities.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Head of Primary (HOP) will operate as a key member of the Senior Executive team and is responsible to the Principal. The HOP will be responsible for the visionary leadership of the Primary School (PK – Year 6) of Richmond Christian College (RCC) within the wider PK-12 context. The HOP will have an approximate 0.4FTE leadership release and 0.6FTE on class teaching load. This is subject to school requirements.&nbsp;Currently, they will be responsible for approximately 12FTE staff and 175 students.</p> <p><strong>Major Focus&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>The Head of Primary:</strong></p> <ul> <li>is responsible to the Deputy Principal for the overall direction of the Primary School and the co-ordination of its day to day running.&nbsp;</li> <li>will provide proactive leadership, Christian role-modelling, and initiative in building the quality and strength of the Primary School in line with a student-centred, flexible, responsive, and proactive pedagogical approach.</li> <li>will demonstrate and inculcate excellence in all areas of teaching practice.</li> </ul> <p>Richmond Christian College is a growing school and therefore provides exciting opportunities. It is located in Ballina on the Northern Rivers of NSW.
