<p><strong>POL 3 Domain Leader Languages - Melton Campus 2027</strong></p>
<p>St Francis Catholic College is seeking an enthusiastic and visionary leader to guide our Languages (Italian and Auslan) team at the Melton Campus.</p>
<p>This exciting role offers the opportunity to inspire excellence in language education, lead innovative teaching practices, and support a culture of collaboration and professional growth. <li>The ability to contribute positively to a collaborative professional culture</li>
<li>Appropriate expertise and experience in the areas of Teaching & Learning. </li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in leading best practice in the management of people and resources. </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build capacity in others.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)</li>
<li>A strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of the College</li>
<li>Ability to implement differentiated learning and use contemporary technology to support student outcomes</li>
<li>An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.</li>
<li>An eagerness to learn.</li>

<p><strong>Special Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>

<li>Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration</li>
<li>Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.</li>
