We are seeking applications from suitably experienced Exeuctive Assistants to provide direct support to the Principal of a busy Secondary College in Devonport. Full time position with the possibility for 0.8 FTE

<p><strong>Executive Asisstant to Principal</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time position with the possibility of 0.8 FTE Part Time</strong></p> <p>St Brendan-Shaw College is a Catholic, co-educational secondary school located in Devonport catering for students from Years 7 to 12.&nbsp; The College is committed to creating a learning environment that fosters excellence, compassion and service in our students.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Principal and is accountable for the efficient and effective operation of the College’s Principal’s Office. The Executive Assistant works with broad direction, referencing theoretical principles and policies to work assignments, providing strategic and specialist advice in the area of responsibility to improve effectiveness and performance, and using discretion, judgement and initiative in performance of the role.</p> <p><strong>As an Executive Assistant to the Principal, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organise appointments for the Principal to meet with staff members, members of the Board, parents, prospective employees, and other visitors to the College.
