We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Human Resources (HR) OHS & Compliance Officer to join our school Commencement – ASAP or by negotiation.

<p>St Augustine’s College Kyabram is seeking a <strong>Human Resources (HR) OHS &amp; Compliance Officer </strong>to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting Ongoing Full Time opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.</p> <p>The Human Resources (HR) OHS &amp; Compliance Officer provides timely, accurate advice, information and support to management and staff on a range of Human Resources (HR) Management related policies, procedures, systems and Occupational Health &amp; Safety (OHS) and Compliance. The role overseas;&nbsp;<br><strong>Human Resources:</strong> Managing employment contracts, leave obligations, and staff enquires. &nbsp;<br><strong>OHS:</strong> Leading emergency management, workplace risk assessments, safety inductions, hazard reporting, and WorkSafe compliance.&nbsp;<br><strong>Compliance:</strong> Updating policies, allocation and monitoring of mandatory training and maintaining record-keeping standards.</p> <p><br><strong>The Position</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Title:</strong> Human Resources (HR) OHS &amp; Compliance Officer</li> <li><strong>Classification: </strong>(CEMEA 2022) ESO Cat C 4.1-4.6</li> <li><strong>FTE / Hours per fortnight:</strong> 76 hours per fortnight</li> <li><strong>Employment Status: </strong>Ongoing</li> <li><strong>Location: </strong>Kyabram</li> <li><strong>Other Requirements: </strong>WWCC, National Police Check</li> <li><strong>Potential start date: </strong>ASAP or by negotiation</li> </ul> <p><strong>About St Augustine’s College Kyabram</strong></p> <p>St Augustine’s College is a thriving and active school with a long and well-established reputation.
