<p>At St Columba’s College, we are committed to forming young women who act with compassion, integrity, and a strong sense of social justice. Our Justice and Youth Ministry programs are central to College life, supporting student wellbeing, faith formation, service learning, and community engagement. </p>
<p>We are seeking an enthusiastic and values-driven AFL SportsReady Trainee – Justice and Youth Ministry to support the delivery of justice initiatives and youth ministry programs while completing a nationally recognised traineeship qualification. This role is ideal for someone interested in ministry, community services, education, or youth work. </p>
<p>As a Justice and Youth Ministry Trainee, you will: </p>
<ul>
<li>Support the planning and delivery of justice, service, and youth ministry programs </li>
<li>Assist with liturgies, retreats, reflection days, and community service activities </li>
<li>Support student leadership and social justice initiatives </li>
<li>Provide administrative and organisational support to the Justice and Youth Ministry team </li>
<li>Assist with excursions, events, and partnerships with community organisations </li>
<li>Develop workplace skills while completing your traineeship qualification </li>
</ul>
