<p><strong>What you'll need to succeed:&nbsp;</strong><br> &nbsp;</p> <p>- A detail-oriented professional with strong regulatory knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across our school community while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>- With at least 4 years of experience in the education or not-for-profit sectors with demonstrated expertise in managing compliance across multiple frameworks, including NESA registration and accreditation, IB authorisation and evaluation, child protection and safeguarding, work health and safety, privacy, anti-discrimination, employment law, and other regulatory requirements.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in law, education, governance, risk and compliance, or a related discipline.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret legislation, develop policies and procedures, and implement effective compliance frameworks.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, policies, and submissions for senior leadership, auditors, regulators, and governing bodies.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>- Must have valid rights to work in Australia.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>- Must have a Working With Children Check.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a full-time, ongoing position reporting directly to the Headmaster with a dotted line to the Governing Council.</p> <p><strong>Application Deadline: 10 June, 2026</strong></p> <p>We encourage early applications as we will commence shortlisting as applications are received.
