As part of the Teaching and Learning team, this role will work together with its Years 7-12 counterpart to provide the whole-school leadership & coordination of the use of technology to support teaching & learning, while maintaining an individual focus on implementation in their area of responsibility.

<p>Full time permanant Leadership Position</p> <p><i>“Central Coast Grammar School (CCGS) is committed to the safety, protection, and wellbeing of all our students and children involved in activities at CCGS. The School requires all prospective school staff to contribute to creating a culture of child safety and wellbeing and be committed to protecting students from abuse or harm in the school environment”. All CCGS staff participate in annual training in child protection. &nbsp;All statutory checks and references are required prior to confirmation of employment.&nbsp;</i></p> <p>This is a newly created leadership role, to begin in Term 3 2026, or by negotiation &amp; will attract a Leadership 1 Allowance, and a 24 period allowance per cycle. A teaching load of 14 periods per cycle is to be maintained.</p> <p>As part of the Teaching and Learning team, this role will work together with its Years 7-12 counterpart to provide the whole-school leadership &amp; coordination of the use of technology to support teaching &amp; learning, while maintaining an individual focus on implementation in their area of responsibility.&nbsp;</p> <p>To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Appropriate teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of the NSW Curriculum</li> <li>Evidence of excellent student outcomes</li> <li>A high standard of competency and innovation as a classroom teacher</li> <li>A thorough knowledge of technology and strategic design, mapping &amp; management of digital applications</li> <li>Leadership to provide strategy to support staff capability &amp; confidence</li> <li>Previous experience with: <ul> <li>Curriculum Design &amp; Support</li> <li>Collaborative Leadership</li> <li>Student Practice</li> </ul></li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Efficient administrative skills with flexibility and adaptability</li> <li>Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team</li> <li> <p>A commitment to the strategic direction of the School is required</p> <p>More detailed information is available via the position description that is posted on the school’s website.</p> <p>Interested applicants should familiarise themselves with the School’s Strategic Plan ‘<i>A School for Good Character &amp; Practical Wisdom’</i>, available on our website at&nbsp;<a href="http://www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au</a>.
