<p>St Columba’s College Ltd is a Catholic secondary girls’ school located in Essendon under the stewardship of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and conducted in the tradition of the Sisters of Charity.</p>

<p>We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant to the Head of Learning and Teaching to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to this key leadership role.</p>
<p>This is an ongoing full time position working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:06pm.</p>
<p>As the Assistant to the Head of Learning and Teaching, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Organise and coordinate all administrative activities required to deliver a successful curriculum</li>
<li>Support the management of VCE and VASS processes in line with regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Assist with curriculum documentation, reporting, and data management</li>
<li>Coordinate internal and external communications related to academic programs</li>
<li>Prepare materials, schedules, and documentation for meetings and key academic events</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant authorities</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes within the Learning and Teaching portfolio</li>
</ul>
<p>We are looking for someone who has:</p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated experience in educational administration or a similar role</li>
<li>Strong organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>High-level attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li>
</ul>
