Seeking an advanced Administration Assistant to work with and as part of the Teaching & Learning Team across Reception to Year 12.

<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a permanent Administration Assistant to work with the Teaching &amp; Learning teams across the college, Reception to Year 12, delivering professional and high-quality administrative support.&nbsp;</p> <p>This position will commence as soon as possible or by negotiation. The hours of this role are 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) over 41 weeks&nbsp;per year&nbsp;during term time. (This includes a week at the start of the school year, prior to students commencing and another week at the end of the school year once students have left).</p> <p>The Teaching &amp; Learning Administration Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the College’s Teaching and Learning priorities across both Primary and Secondary. This position is central to the smooth delivery of curriculum, assessment, reporting and student pathways, bringing together data, systems and processes to ensure academic programs operate efficiently and with integrity.</p> <p><strong>About You</strong><br> You are a keen worker with advanced administration skills, able to think outside the box.&nbsp; You enjoy working with systems, including creating, producing and monitoring reports where needed. You enjoy being part of event organisation and assisting with planning. You enjoy being part of a team!
