<p><strong>Director of Human Resources</strong></p>
<p>A strategic leader with a demonstrated experience in enabling talent attraction and development, fostering culture and implementing employment relations programs to enhance the performance of the School. </p>
<p>In this role you’ll utilize your skills and diplomacy within an educational context, working alongside the leadership team, educators and administrative specialists.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong>· <strong>Strategic Leadership:</strong> Develop and implement human resource strategies that align with our Lasallian values to support our leaders, educators and broader team.</p>
<p>·<strong> Culture & Engagement:</strong> Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture by engaging with our leaders to understand their needs and offering coaching and guidance. Facilitate performance management pathways to conclusion.</p>
<p><strong>· Talent Management:</strong> Work alongside our Directors develop talent attraction and pooling strategies to source and retain engaged and high caliber teachers. Lead workforce planning initiatives. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations.</p>
<p>· <strong>Operational Excellence: </strong>Listen and respond to the needs of our leadership team and broader staff. Evolve our HR systems and processes, building upon our existing technology platform, to provide an exceptional staff experience. </p>
<p><strong>· Business Partnering:</strong> Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance. </p>
<p>You’ll be ably supported by a human resource officer which you’ll recruit upon appointment.</p>
<p><strong>· The ideal candidate will showcase experience in the </strong>following<strong> areas:</strong></p>
<p>· Generalist human resource leadership role, ideally within the education sector</p>
<p>· Solid understanding and demonstrated experience operating with enterprise agreements and adeptly managing employment relations</p>
<p>· Facilitating collaborative partnerships to achieve functioning human resource solutions to support the College’s mission and vision</p>
<p>· Self-directed, engaging and importantly demonstrate a track record of delivery</p>
<p>· Ability to coach and mentor the Human Resource Officer and create a thriving working environment</p>
