<p>We are seeking an exceptional Leader and Teacher to play a key role in leading the Health and Physical Education Faculty of our Senior School across Years 7-12.</p> <p>In this leadership role you will be responsible for all aspects of learning, teaching, assessment, monitoring and curriculum in the Health and Physical Education subject areas. &nbsp;You will be responsible for what students learn (curriculum), how they learn (pedagogy) and for monitoring and improving student learning outcomes. With proven experience in leading and managing people, you will be a role model and mentor to members of the learning area who inspires others to learn and grow. &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You will be working at proficient level, as described by the Professional Teacher Standards, and demonstrate that you are working towards the HALT descriptors in your everyday practice. You know your students and how they learn.
