Base salary ranges from $63,600 to $83,170. Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)</li> <li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li> <li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li> <li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li> <li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li> <li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About You</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">As part of the <strong>Learning Support</strong> Team you will assist the classroom teacher in providing a quality Catholic education focused on maximising student outcomes, through a holistic, student centred curriculum. The role may entail working across a range of the school's environments including the Specialist Support Classes.</p> <p dir="ltr">There is some flexibility in regards to set work days and hours for the role.</p> <p dir="ltr">To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification</li> <li>an understanding of the needs of the diverse needs of students who require individual and classroom support</li> <li>the ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member</li> <li>excellent communication skills</li> <li>the ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful</li> <li>a willingness to support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">You will have attained:</p> <ul> <li>a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Application Process</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
