The Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is seeking applications from highly motivated and experienced HR professionals to join the HR, Risk & WHS team as an HR Business Partner. This is a Permanent, Full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to provide strategic and operational human resources support to 33 schools and approximately 2,000 employees across the Diocese.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, Risk & WHS, the HR Business Partner is responsible for providing high-level workplace relations advice and services across the organisation. This role will:

Responsible for 33 schools, approximately 9,600 students and around 2,000 staff, Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is encompassed by the Blue Mountains, Warrumbungle Ranges, the Pilliga, Macquarie River, Lachlan River, Abercrombie River and the Jenolan State Forest.
