We are seeking a dedicated Head of Mathematics specialist with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. The role of the Head of Mathematics is focused on working collaboratively with members of the Mathematics faculty and other members of the academic team, including the Diverse Learning department, in supporting students with diverse learning needs with a focus on numeracy support.

The role of the Head of Mathematics is focused on working collaboratively with members of the Mathematics faculty and other members of the academic team, including the Diverse Learning department, in supporting students with diverse learning needs with a focus on numeracy support.</p><p>Key Criteria</p><p>To excel in this role you will:</p><p>· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the Mathematics Faculty team, ensuring effective implementation of inclusive education practices throughout the school.</p><p>· Commitment to continual improvement and effective use of data to differentiate the curriculum and address the learning needs of all students.</p><p>· Demonstrates the standard descriptors at the lead teacher level in accordance with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.</p><p>· You will demonstrate outstanding subject knowledge, and a willingness to integrate innovative pedagogy that both supports and challenges students, contributing to the overall academic and pastoral care of our students.</p><p>· Strong collaboration skills with teachers and the leadership team.</p><p>· Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being.</p><p>· Support and mentor teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.</p><p>· Organisational skills to manage schedules, events and student records.</p><p>· Integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.</p><p>You&#39;ll be part of a dynamic teaching community that values innovation and excellence.</p><p>Why St Euphemia College?</p><p>Become part of an exceptionally supportive, growth-driven community that not only prioritises your professional development but also truly cares about your well-being.
