Founded in 1881 by the Marist Brothers, St Joseph’s College is a boarding and day secondary boys’ school, whose Catholic identity is shaped by Marist spirituality and traditions. Governed by Marist Schools Australia, the College enrolment is approximately 1,100 students.
The People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient and smooth functioning of systems within the People and Culture Office. Working collaboratively with both the Director and the People and Culture Manager, you will be involved in both day to day activities and project improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, data management and professional development.
Previous experience working in a similar Human Resources role with relevant qualifications would be highly regarded but is not essential. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
