<p><strong>Talent Acquisition Coordinator</strong><br><strong>Permanent, Full-time position</strong><br><strong>Immediate start available</strong></p><p>The Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is seeking applications from innovative and highly motivated individuals to join the HR, Risk & WHS team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a Permanent, Full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to implement recruitment strategies and build the workforce for 33 schools and around 2,000 employees across the Diocese.</p><p><strong>About the role</strong><br>Reporting directly to the Head of HR, Risk & WHS, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive and inclusive candidate experience while supporting workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
