Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>Bethany College Hurstville is seeking an enthusiastic School Support Officer - Publicity &amp; Communications (4 days a week - 8:00am - 4:00pm) <strong>commencing at the beginning of the 2025</strong> <strong>school year until the end of the 2025 school year</strong>. There is a possibility that this role may become permanent.<br><br>As a School Support Officer (Level 4) , you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate <strong>Bethany College Hurstville's</strong> values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.<br><br>This role is to support the marketing, communications and publications aspect of the College as well as administration support for Sport and print room responsibilities.<br><br>To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:</p><ul><li>experience and ability to creatively design promotional material for publication</li><li>high level organisation skills to meet deadlines on newsletters and other publication materials</li><li>extensive knowledge of social media platforms</li><li>advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)</li><li>sound interpersonal and collaboration skills</li><li>accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li><li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li><li>a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
