Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga has an exciting opportunity for two Permanent, Full-Time Human Resources Advisors to commence February 2025.

<p><strong>Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga</strong></p><p>Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) assists 29 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools located throughout Regional NSW, to maximise student learning, growth and development.</p><p>CEDWW staff are responsible for providing on-going operational guidance and administrative assistance across the areas of Learning and Teaching, Student Wellbeing and Diverse Learning, Evangelisation and Religious Education, School and System Improvement, Finance and Resources, Information and Communication Technologies and People and Culture services.</p><p>To find out more about the Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga, <a href="https://ww.catholic.edu.au/" rel="nofollow"><u>click here.</u></a></p><p><strong>Your New Role</strong></p><p>This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely advice to all employees throughout their employment lifecycle and to CEDWW Stakeholders. The People and Culture Advisor will focus on working with people leaders and employees to address/resolve employee relation issues and enable collaboration, transparency and performance improvement.
