The successful candidate will be dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment and demonstrating a high standard of teaching. The role reports to the Head of Mathematics. </p><p>This is a full-time position scheduled to commence on Friday, 31 January 2025.</p><p><strong>The successful candidate must:</strong></p><ul><li>Have the ability to teach up to Extension 1 HSC Mathematics.</li><li>Provide evidence of implementing innovative classroom practices.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in integrating technology into learning delivery.</li><li>Possess experience in implementing strategies to improve numeracy outcomes.</li><li>Have the ability to analyse student data and develop actionable strategies.</li><li>Exhibit expertise in differentiating instruction for diverse learning needs, including EALD students.</li><li>Show the capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues and prioritise tasks effectively.</li><li>Demonstrate strong critical analysis, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li>A tertiary qualification in Education.</li><li>A strong commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the school.</li><li>A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Additional Information:</strong></li><li><strong>Salaries</strong> are in accordance with the <strong>Independent Schools NSW Teachers (Hybrid Model) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2021</strong>, currently paying <strong>above award</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p><p><strong>Applications close on 12 December 2024</strong>.
