<p>This role involves planning, program management and collaboration with staff, students, parents and carers to foster a supportive and successful educational environment. They will lead the development and implementation of tailored curriculum and teaching strategies for our students, ensuring initiatives promote academic achievement with safe, inclusive practices. </p><p>Our Leader, Curriculum and Teaching is a key member of the School’s management team to ensure we meet our Purpose, embed our learnings and continuously improve our educational outcomes. </p><p>An individual who will support our Head of Campus with innovative, contemporary teaching practices whilst meeting our curriculum compliance requirements. They will use a collaborative approach with our students, parents and GCH teams encouraging our students to achieve their educational goals and personal growth. </p>
