This role comes with a <strong>Coordinator 2 allowance.</strong> This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is committed to providing a high-quality education and actively contributing to the values and mission of our school.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Teaching Experience:</strong> Ability to teach <strong>Stage 6 Food Technology</strong> and <strong>Industrial Technology</strong>.</li><li><strong>Curriculum Leadership:</strong> Lead the TAS (Technology and Applied Studies) department in delivering innovative, engaging, and student-centered learning experiences.</li><li><strong>Curriculum Development:</strong> Contribute to the design, implementation, and review of relevant curriculum materials and resources.</li><li><strong>Student Support:</strong> Provide support for students in both academic and personal development, fostering a positive learning environment.</li><li><strong>Christian Ethos:</strong> Actively contribute to the <strong>Christian ethos, values, and mission</strong> of the school.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in Food Technology and Industrial Technology.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>A commitment to the values and goals of the school, particularly in fostering a Christian learning environment.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students to create an inclusive, supportive educational experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li>A tertiary qualification in Education.</li><li>A strong commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the school.</li><li>A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Additional Information:</strong></li><li><strong>Salaries</strong> are in accordance with the <strong>Independent Schools NSW Teachers (Hybrid Model) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2021</strong>, currently paying <strong>above award</strong>.</li><li>The <strong>two-point allowance</strong> is <strong>$19,141.20</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p><p><strong>Applications close on 12 December 2024</strong>.
