A wide selection of subject choices, as well as an extensive co-curricular program, aims to empower girls to be self-reliant and play an active role in their futures.</p><p><strong>About the position</strong></p><p>The Head of Department at MLC School is responsible for leading and coordinating innovative teaching programs aligned with the school’s strategic goals. This role involves tracking student progress, mentoring staff, and fostering a strong, ethical, and effective teaching team. The Head of Department supports professional learning plans, builds team capacity, and promotes a culture that integrates academic progress, wellbeing, and spiritual development.
