We are looking for a permanent full time Science Teacher with the ability to teach Years 7 to 12. This role is to commence Term 1, 2025.

<p><i>“Central Coast Grammar School (CCGS) is committed to the safety, protection, and wellbeing of all our students and children involved in activities at CCGS. All CCGS staff participate in annual training in child protection.  All statutory checks and references are required prior to confirmation of employment. </i></p><p>We are looking for a permanent full time Science Teacher with the ability to teach Years 7 to 12. This role is to commence Term 1, 2025. </p><p>To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:</p><ul><li>Appropriate teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation, with a major in Science essential</li><li>Thorough knowledge of the NSW Science Curriculum</li><li>Evidence of excellent student outcomes in areas of Science</li><li>An ability to teach Stage 6 Chemistry or Physics is desirable</li><li>A high standard of competency and innovation as a classroom teacher</li><li>A capacity to cater for different learning needs</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Efficient administrative skills with flexibility and adaptability</li><li>Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team</li><li><p>A commitment to the strategic direction of the School is required</p><p>Interested applicants should familiarise themselves with the School’s Strategic Plan ‘<i>Striving for Excellence</i>’, available on our website at <a href="http://www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au</a>.
