<p><strong>Salary Range - CT Level 1 to CT Level 9 -</strong> <strong>$85,094 to $122,036 PLUS super</strong></p><p><strong>Additional Allowance: POR 2: $10,837.00</strong></p><p><strong>O’Loughlin Catholic College was founded in 1987. We are a co-educational secondary schoolfrom Years 7-12 belonging to the Diocese of Darwin. With enrolment of approximately 600 students, the College supports a number of students with additional needs. A chief priority of the school is to ensure that these students are known and well cared for.</strong></p><p><strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION</strong></p><p>The Leader of College Organisation works closely with the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for the day-to-day organisation and long-term planning within the College. The Leader of College Organisation will have a focus on the continuity of student learning and ensure the efficient organisation and operation of the College and will communicate information to staff in an efficient and timely manner, updating learning management systems as required.</p><p>The Leader of College Organisation will work closely with the Deputy Principal on matters with replacing staff on periods of absence and leave and will primarily be responsible for the induction and management of relief teaching staff.</p><p>The Leader of College Organisation will liaise with Heads of House, Year Level Personal Development Leaders and Leaders of Learning to ensure arrangements for excursions and camps are effectively implemented.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS / ACCREDITATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Qualifications of a four-year trained teacher</li><li>TRB Accreditation</li><li>Current NT Ochre Card - Working With Children Check (WWCC)</li></ul><p><strong>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Master level / commitment to enrol in further education</li><li>Accreditation to teach in a Catholic school</li></ul><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>Guided by Gospel values, the leader is responsible for the following:</strong></p><p><strong>Together we will celebrate how our diversity drives innovation, creativity and a high level of achievement for all.</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the smooth operation of the school’s daily routines by coordinating and managing<br />short-term teacher cover, room changes, and venues for incursions and meetings, while<br />celebrating diversity and driving innovation and creativity in the process.</li></ul><p><strong>Together we will thrive by cultivating a supportive community, fostering a passion for learning, and providing a foundation for academic and spiritual growth.</strong></p><ul><li>Carefully manage the daily relief needs, utilising teachers and Casual Relief Teachers,<br />whilst balancing fiscal, wellbeing and operational factors.</li><li>Provide communication to the Leadership Team, Human Resources and Payroll in relation<br />to staff attendance and absence.</li></ul><p><strong>Together we will initiate and move forward with curiosity, commitment and passion, excelling in all that we do.</strong></p><ul><li>Lead induction for Casual Relief Teachers.</li><li>Ensure the efficient organisation and operation of the College, including room changes,<br />venues for incursions and accurate record keeping of all events which have an impact on<br />staffing, e.g. staff absences, meetings, incursions, excursions and appointments.</li><li>Ensure that all activities and events are communicated to staff efficiently and in a timely<br />manner.</li></ul><p><strong>Together we will evolve by fostering student agency within future-focused learning, integrating sustainable approaches for a more holistic and impactful education.</strong></p><ul><li>Develop a deep knowledge of ICT systems for daily relief and learning management and<br />use them effectively for communication.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ICT systems for daily relief and learning<br />management.</li><li>Any other duties as directed by the Principal.</li></ul><p><strong>Please send a current resume and the names and contacts of three referees to the Office Manager</strong> secretary.oloughlin&#64;nt.catholic.edu.au</p>
