The Director of Students is a member of the College Leadership Team with the delegated responsibility for the overall leadership, support, and management of all students. This role will commence Term 1, 2025.

<p>Founded in 1881 by the Marist Brothers, St Joseph’s College is a boarding and day secondary boys’ school, whose Catholic identity is shaped by Marist spirituality and traditions. Governed by Marist Schools Australia, the College enrolment is approximately 1,100 students. </p><p>The successful applicant will be an exceptional Catholic educator and leader with a passion for Student leadership, wellbeing, and development. The role leads the College’s approach to promoting the physical, spiritual, and pastoral wellbeing of the College’s students, including the in loco parentis care of each boarding student. In doing so, the Director of Students will work closely with the Heads of Year, Academic Leaders, the Wellbeing Team and the Health Centre.</p><p><br />Applications are invited from highly experienced educators who can demonstrate a high degree of student leadership, and an ability to consolidate and further advance well-established current structures. The successful applicant will manage a large portfolio, balance competing deadlines and have the ability to lead and support colleagues within their area of responsibility.
