Reporting to the College Principal, the Campus Director is responsible for delivering high-quality Catholic education to students in their care and collaborates closely with the Assistant Principal to plan, organise, and manage campus activities, as well as oversee staff and student matters.<br><br>To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate impact in:</p><ul><li>modelling and shaping College working and learning culture in alignment with the school charism and characterised by high performance, continuous improvement, data-informed decision making and a commitment to best practice</li><li>contributing actively to the life and mission of the Catholic Church, through word and action, demonstrating the values of the Gospel at work</li><li>contributing to leadership capability building by facilitating professional experiences and opportunities for staff development and career progression</li><li>working with the Assistant Principal to design and deliver effective learning strategy through implementation of improvement initiatives, programs and processes</li><li>overseeing and implementing the College's student engagement and management plans within the local Campus context</li><li>ensuring quality teaching is demonstrated that promotes high expectations for all students, where teachers work collaboratively and there is coherence between the vision, strategy and operations</li><li>ensuring that wellbeing and learning opportunities provide both equity and access for all students</li><li>managing escalated student, parent and staff concerns and queries</li><li>keeping abreast of contemporary research in teaching and learning, and non-educational school operations</li><li>ensuring all work activities align with SCS' vision, mission, values and Capability Framework.</li></ul><p>You will have attained, or be pursuing, the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>postgraduate qualifications or Masters in Leadership, Religion, Theology or a relevant educational field</li><li>requirements of <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">(Category E)</a> as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach and Lead</a> or agree to meet these requirements in your first contract term.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Submit your application via the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to complete your application.
