<p><strong>Head of Faculty English/Drama – Full time commencing end January 2025</strong></p><p>Due to long-serving staff retirements, strong growth, and other staff relocating, Scone Grammar School is seeking to fill the following position in 2025.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Lead the English/Drama teaching team to further the students’ learning in this vital core area for school and life. Leadership by example in the classroom, organising and promoting collaboration and a collegial team. This position will attract a leadership allowance and release time. </p><p>The applicant will have a proven history as a lifelong learner and possesses a genuine desire for self-improvement, as well as being passionate about student wellbeing.</p><p><strong>Head of Faculty Role Description</strong></p><p>The Head of Faculty leads their department to raise student achievement and improve quality teaching and learning in ways consistent with the school’s purpose and goals.
