Looking for a permanent, full-time Head of Faculty - Religion, commencing on 14 January 2025.

<ul><li>Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition</li><li>Central location in Brisbane</li></ul><p>St Laurence&#39;s College is a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition, with an enrolment of over 2,000 boys from Years 5 to 12.</p><p>Applications are invited for this permanent, full-time, middle leadership role of <strong>Head of Faculty - Religion </strong>to commence Monday 14 January 2025.</p><p>The Head of Faculty - Religion is responsible for the leadership of the teaching and learning program in the Religion Faculty.  As a curriculum leader within the College, the Head of Faculty - Religion promotes and develops effective strategies and programs that are based on contemporary learning and teaching research and relevant to syllabus requirements, develops assessment procedures that are relevant to Queensland syllabus requirements, and oversees faculty staff performance and development. Religious Education at St Laurence’s College also incorporates Catholic Studies, a contextualised school based program and the Year 9 Rite Journey Program. </p><p>The Head of Faculty - Religion leads the Religion Faculty with the assistance of the Assistant Head of Faculty (Religion).</p><p>Our College creates opportunities for every student to discover who he is meant to be.
