Head of School Administration & Co-curricular Operations

The Head of School Administration & Co-Curricular Operations reports directly to the Headmaster & is a member of the School Executive Team. They will lead staff in undertaking school events, staff relief, systems use, calendar & time tabling, & will work closely with the Deputy Headmaster in the oversight of the co-curricular operations & programs. They will be expected to teach at least one class

They will possess experience and expertise in leading a culture of innovation, teamwork, collaboration, and well considered decision making. </p><p>The Head of School Administration & Co-Curricular Operations reports directly to the Headmaster and is a member of the School Executive Team. They will lead staff in undertaking school events, staff relief, systems use, calendar and time tabling, and will work closely with the Deputy Headmaster in the oversight of the co-curricular operations and programs. They will be expected to teach at least one class. </p><p>Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school, the Head of School Administration & Co-Curricular Operations plays an integral role in the strategic planning and management of administrative systems and processes. The adoption of contemporary, efficient and effective administrative and software system practices is essential to success in the position. </p><p>The Head of School Administration & Co-Curricular Operations plays a key role in ensuring the success of school improvement and strategic projects. Serving as the key driver within the executive team, they assist colleagues in ensuring all initiatives and projects are: well considered and designed; embedded; monitored; and evaluated.
