<p><strong>The role:</strong></p><p>The Senior Lead: Culture &amp; Safeguarding plays a critical role in ensuring high standards of child safeguarding across the CESL school system. This role focuses on developing practices and a culture that supports a robust child-safeguarding agenda, in accordance with the Victorian Child-Safe Standards and the National Catholic Child Safe Standards. You will lead the implementation of evidence-based strategies to create calm, culturally safe, and respectful learning environments.
