You will lead a cohort of schools, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and supporting school leaders to operate with confidence and in alignment with CESL’s mission and values.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Embody and promote the principles of Catholic Teaching, fostering a sense of community and shared mission across schools.</li><li>Oversee and report on compliance, ensuring schools meet regulatory requirements and adhere to CESL policies.</li><li>Provide guidance to principals and school leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.</li><li>Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address complex issues in key areas such as safeguarding, finance, human resources, and learner growth.</li></ul><p>About You</p><ul><li>You will hold a Masters in Education or related field; Victorian Institute of Teaching registration; current unrestricted Victorian Driver’s Licence.</li><li>Proven experience in school leadership or educational administration, with a strong understanding of governance and compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
