Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, induction, onboarding, and provide guidance on interpreting enterprise agreements, policies, and procedures.</p><p>Your excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills will enable you to effectively handle competing priorities and excel in this dynamic environment.<br />You possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.</p><p>Integrity, confidentiality, and self-motivation are at the core of your work ethic, allowing you to work independently or as part of a team with confidence.</p><p><strong>Talent Acquisition:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and communicate staffing needs with department managers.</li><li>Deliver tailored recruitment strategies to source and retain top talent.</li><li>Source and screen candidates through various platforms.</li><li>Create compelling job advertisements and candidate-focused copy.</li><li>Assess candidate suitability and conduct reference checks.</li><li>Ensure recruitment processes are fair and adhere to all regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>HR Services</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and evaluate staff induction and exit interview processes.</li><li>Advise on HR policies, procedures, legislative and enterprise agreement<br />compliance.</li><li>Contribute to workplace culture and core values promotion</li><li>Generate HR reports and provide administrative support.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills, Knowledge, and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Well-developed knowledge and experience of contemporary HR procedures and practices.</li><li>5&#43; years of broad generalist HR and Recruitment experience.</li><li>Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management (an advantage).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to interact proactively with all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Effective in contributing to a small team and maintaining confidentiality</li><li>Proficiency in adapting to unfamiliar IT systems environments</li><li>Ability to operate in a manual environment</li><li>Takes responsibility for tasks from inception to completion.</li></ul><p><strong>St Kevin’s Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Convenient Access: Onsite parking and well-connected to public transport, with Heyington Station access onsite</li><li>Facilities: Use of sporting facilities including gym and pool.
