Not required to work in school holidays</li> <li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li> <li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li> <li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li> <li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li> <li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong><br /> <br />As a Performing Arts Coordinator, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br /> <br />To excel in this role, you will be able to:</p> <ul> <li>teach Music Stages 4-6</li> <li>create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students</li> <li>demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Performing Arts</li> <li>demonstrate proven success in a leadership position</li> <li>exhibit an understanding and knowledge of curriculum changes in Performing Arts and the ability to lead the department in these changes</li> <li>demonstrate success as an educator in improving learning outcomes for students in their care</li> <li>show strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration and quality relationships in working with others</li> <li>commit to continual improvement and effective use of data to differentiate the curriculum and address the learning needs of all students</li> <li>utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li> <li>employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You will have attained:</strong></p> <ul> <li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li> <li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong><br /> <br />Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
