This role will play a key part in the implementation of a new HRIS platform across the organisation and help shape our service delivery model with our key stakeholders. This is a great role if you are passionate about customer service and keen to deepen your experience across the HR Operations &amp; Payroll portfolio. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will engage with stakeholders across schools and our central office, triaging enquiries to the appropriate team, based on the complexity and urgency of the enquiry.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>More specifically you will be accountable for:</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting P&amp;C stakeholders to build and maintain the ticketing system workflows and knowledge</li><li>Providing high levels of timely and professional customer service via the direct P&amp;C phone line, ServiceNow and email where appropriate</li><li>Triaging P&amp;C enquiries through to the appropriate team or knowledge resource, based on the complexity and urgency of the enquiry</li><li>Empowering P&amp;C customers to use self-service functions by providing navigational support of knowledge resources and resolving tier 1 HR Operations issues and enquiries</li><li>Actively monitoring Contact Centre processes and reports to ensure compliance and drive standardisation</li><li>Identifying opportunities to improve, streamline, and simplify core business processes, workflows, data flow and systems and recommend potential solutions for continuous improvement&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide analysis and insights to the HR Operations Manager regarding volumes of work and performance measurements to inform strategic decision-making</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><p>To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values along with:</p><ul><li>Experience maintaining a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferrable)</li><li>The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>A natural aptitude for collaboration and teamwork</li><li>Skilled in quickly building rapport, communicating and engaging with stakeholders along with a ‘can do’ attitude to drive outcomes&nbsp;</li><li>Working With Children Check for paid work</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;The Benefits&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>We offer competitive remuneration</li><li>Hybrid Working model (50% in the office, 50% remotely)</li><li>Well being programs&nbsp;</li><li>Employee Assistance Program&nbsp;</li><li>Salary sacrifice for eligible employees&nbsp;</li><li>Staff Discount on school fees if your child attends a CSPD school!&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Interested?
