<p><strong>Administration Assistant / Receptionist</strong></p><p><strong>Open to applicants interested in 0.5 FTE to Full Time (flexible)</strong></p><p>St Brendan-Shaw College is a Catholic, co-educational secondary school located in Devonport catering for students from Years 7 to 12.  The College is committed to creating a learning environment that fosters excellence, compassion and service in our students. </p><p>Reporting to the Business &amp; Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first point of contact for the College and be accountable for the effective delivery of reception, administration and office support services. </p><p><strong>As an Administration Assistant / Receptionist, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide friendly and welcoming customer service support, as the first point of contact to staff, parents, students and visitors</li><li>Provide administrative support across the College in the way of routine correspondence, general word processing, processing financial transactions</li><li>Coordinate absentee records and notify parents as per school policy and procedures</li></ul><p><strong>Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:</strong></p><ul><li>Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in online systems administration</li><li>Ability to deliver high quality work in a busy environment</li><li>Current first aid qualification, or willing to obtain</li></ul><p>Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.</p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p>An Application Pack is available through the College website at  www.sbsc.tas.edu.au/aboutsbsc/employment</p><p>For further enquiries or an initial discussion regarding the role please contact Kirsty Ballantyne, HR Manager on 6424 7622</p><p>Applications should be submitted via email to <a href="mailto:kballantyne&#64;sbsc.tas.edu.au" rel="nofollow">kballantyne&#64;sbsc.tas.edu.au</a></p><p><strong>Applications close on Sunday 11 August 2024.</strong></p><p> </p><p><i>Catholic Education Tasmania supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
